We are a small but growing society, bringing an annual season of concerts across a variety of musical disciplines to the Creston Valley, running from September to May each year.
Director of Membership & Website
This volunteer position is a commitment of approximately 2-3 hours per week during the concert season, in addition to participating in our monthly board meetings. We’re prepared to provide the necessary guidance to help you become acquainted with your responsibilities.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing our member and supporter databases.
- Serving as the point of contact for inquiries.
- Sending out concert invitations.
- Collaborating with the treasurer to facilitate online ticket sales.
- Maintaining and updating the website as required.
Being computer literate is important, and having the ability to create Word documents and Excel spreadsheets will be valuable. While not mandatory, a passion for music is certainly a welcome attribute.
